Grape varieties: 60 % Mantonegro, 35 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Callet. Limited and numbered edition with a production based on a rigorous selection of grapes from the oldest vineyards, within the Denomination of Origin Binissalem-Mallorca. The uniqueness and quality of the wine are notable, which is characterized by its intense cherry red colour and the harmony between the aromas of fruits of the forest: blackberries and blueberries and the complex overtones from its time in French oak barrels that provides the balsamic, smoky and spicy aromas. This goes to make a potent, unique and unrepeatable wine, in which we find all of the know-how and viniculture tradition of Macia Batle. The fermentation takes place at around 24 ºC, with the wine remaining in contact with the fruit skins to increase the extraction of tannins. It is left in stainless steel tanks and then aged in French oak-barrels for 18 months, the remaining process takes place in the bottle.
