This is a young white wine produced under the Protected Geographil Indication Vino de la Tierra de Cadiz by the centenarian Bodega Antonio Barbadillo. It is elaborated with Palomino grapes and it is said to be the first white wine produced in Andalucia. The grapes come from the vineyards of Gilbain and Santa Lucia in Jerez Superior which are about 20 years old and have Albariza soil.
